My name is Clare Holmes and I work using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with adults and children in the Nottingham area. I am an experienced Cognitive Behavioural psychotherapist and Mental Health Nurse, with over 20 years’ experience working with mental health and wellbeing. I work with people to overcome emotional difficulties and mental health problems. I am a fully accredited member of the BABCP (The British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies).
Using CBT and ACT I help people build skills and coping mechanisms to deal with problems and challenges that they face. CBT and ACT can be used to help people with anxiety, panic, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, phobias, post traumatic stress, sleep problems and stress and other psychological problems.
