Sessions are held in my clinic room in West Bridgford. Please be aware there is no disabled access and the clinic room is up a flight of stairs.

The clinic room is located above Beauty Temple and is accessed by going between Beauty Temple and the Rushcliffe Borough Council Community Office and coming up the external stairs on your left.
There is no parking at the clinic but there is a small pay-and-display car park (Gordon Road Car Park) opposite the clinic. There are also other pay-and-display car parks in West Bridgford. Please be aware of the parking restrictions on local streets.
On arrival please press the doorbell for CBT Wellbeing, located at the top of the stairs and wait to be let in. Please only arrive at the time of your appointment.
